Capital Village PCS strives to provide an exceptional education that meets the needs of all students, regardless of ability. Our unique, personalized learning model has proven highly effective for students with special needs. Currently, nearly half of our students require special education services - triple the district average.

However, state funding does not cover the full costs of meeting the needs of students with severe or specialized disabilities. Many require adaptive technology, one-on-one support, intensive services and more - expenses that outpace funding formulas based solely on enrollment. Without additional resources, we cannot provide what our students truly need to thrive.
